Scope and buyer information
These terms cover remote sales by USYS of software licences, digital access rights, development, integration and maintenance services. The buyer’s name or legal entity, contact details and billing information are recorded in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
Business purchases are governed by the parties’ written agreement and applicable law. Mandatory rights of buyers acting as consumers remain unaffected.
Information before purchase
Before payment, the buyer receives a quotation, order summary or pre-contract information stating the scope, licence or access duration, technical requirements and restrictions, total price including taxes, additional costs, payment schedule, delivery or performance timetable and withdrawal conditions.
This page is read together with the quotation and transaction-specific information. Quotation acceptance, order confirmation and payment records are retained with the transaction.
Payment
Payment may be made by bank transfer to the agreed company account or through a payment link provided by a licensed payment service provider. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page and are not collected or stored by USYS.
Any instalment total is displayed before payment is confirmed. No additional service or charge is collected without the buyer’s agreement. The total price and payment obligation are disclosed before payment.
Delivery and performance
Digital products are delivered by assigning a licence, account access, usage entitlement or download link. Custom development and integration work follows the written scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and timetable. Payment does not imply same-day completion where a different schedule has been agreed.
Physical goods are outside these digital sales terms and require separate terms. See the delivery, cancellation and refund policy.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer buyer may withdraw from a service agreement within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Notices may be sent to [email protected] or in writing to the address above, identifying the buyer and quotation or order reference.
Statutory exceptions may apply to instantly performed electronic services, instantly delivered intangible goods, and services whose performance begins with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires. The relevant exception and any required early-performance consent are explained before sale. Merely visiting this page does not constitute consent to early performance.
Refunds and non-conforming performance
For a valid withdrawal from a service agreement, the payment is refunded within fourteen days of receiving the notice, in accordance with applicable law and without additional cost to the consumer. Card refunds are initiated to the original payment card. Posting time depends on the bank.
Statutory remedies for missing, defective or non-conforming products and services are separate from withdrawal rights and are not removed by the custom or digital nature of the product.
Privacy and disputes
Personal data processing is explained in the privacy notice, and payment and information security in the privacy policy. Requests and complaints may be sent through our contact channels.
Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under the applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules, subject to mandatory mediation where required. Other disputes follow the applicable rules on jurisdiction.
