Information shared for contact, quotations, agreements, delivery and invoicing is processed to carry out those activities and meet legal obligations. Data categories, legal grounds, transfers, retention and your rights are explained in the privacy notice.
Card payments
Card payments take place on a page hosted by a licensed payment service provider, whose identity is shown in the payment link and payment page. USYS does not request, collect or store your complete card number, security code or authentication password.
USYS may process order or quotation references, amounts, transaction dates, payment results and required refund records for collection, delivery, invoicing and reconciliation. The payment provider and banks process personal data for their own services under their respective notices.
Information security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access in business processes is limited by role and need, with appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access. Card details and authentication passwords are not requested by email.
Cookies and external pages
This information website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Language and motion preferences are stored in the browser as explained in the cookie policy. A payment provider’s own privacy and cookie terms apply on its pages.
